Relevant Experience

• Cushman & Wakefield - Greenwald was consistently one of the top producers in Cushman & Wakefield Philadelphia office where he served as Director for nine years. In 1994, John was acknowledged as a Top 50 producer nationally. He further achieved the “Deal of the Year” Award in both 1993 and 1994. In 1997, he was awarded the Service Excellence Award for the Mid-Atlantic Region.
• Saint-Gobain - Saint-Gobain is a large multi-national manufacturing company with significant real estate holdings in the U.S. John has been directly involved in over two million SF of transactions within the company. Greenwald has worked closely with the corporate real estate group, providing transactional services as well as advisory services throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
• TeleSpectrum - Telespectrum outsourced its real estate and facility management to Beacon. During the first eight months, Beacon completed transactions resulting in the reduction of their “idled” facility square footage by over 60 percent. Beacon was also instrumental in negotiating buyouts of other leaseholds, reducing their facility costs further. TeleSpectrum and its lenders comments, “Your firm’s performance was one of the best that they been associated with and the firm has established a new precedent.”
• Unisource - Greenwald represented Unisource Worldwide for several years, providing a full range of corporate services. He was involved in most of the consolidation and disposition work when the company went through a major restructuring in the late 90’s.
