Relevant Experience
In his the first year at Beacon Commercial Real Estate Dan was recognized as the 2007 Rookie of the year as he successfully represented Metal Traders Incorporated in the purchase of their worldwide headquarters in Horsham. During his career at Beacon he has represented tenants such as:

- Amercian Technion Society
- Component Assembly Systems
- Federations for Society of Coatings Technology
In addition to representing tenants, Dan has built a tremendous value for owners of commercial properties such as HRPT, and Keystone Property Group giving him a diverse background and knowledge for both sides of the commercial real estate business.
