Mike Flynn joined Beacon Commercial Real Estate in 2005 as a Principal. During his 28 years in the real estate business, Flynn has been active in representing landlords and large tenants throughout Philadelphia, Delaware and Southern New Jersey. In addition, Flynn was an owner and operating partner of a regional sports and recreation business he founded with his partners.

Flynn is widely recognized as a leading commercial broker in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. He has diverse and extensive knowledge in acquisitions, project management, leasing, building operations, tenant improvement projects and design build construction, as well as investment sales experience.

Relevant Experience

• The Commonwealth Group - As Director of Leasing and Development at the Commonwealth Group, Flynn was responsible for the acquisition and development of raw land and office space worth in excess of $75 million. He was also responsible for the leasing of Commonwealth’s existing portfolio of over 500,000 SF.
  
• The Flynn Company - As a Partner at the Flynn Company from 1984-2002, Flynn was involved in all facets of commercial real estate brokerage, management, construction and development.
  
• Coldwell Banker Commercial (now CB Richard Ellis) - As an industrial broker with Coldwell Banker, Flynn was responsible for the Bucks County and Northern Montgomery County markets.
