Jim DiBianca, a principal of Beacon Commercial Real Estate, joined the company approximately eleven years ago. His background consists of an excess of 35 years of banking, business and real estate experience. His focus is on the leasing and sales of office buildings in the suburban Philadelphia markets.

Relevant Experience

  • AlliedBarton Security Services – Exclusive national broker for AlliedBarton, the largest American-owned security company in the United States. Jim and Taylor Young of Beacon Commercial Real Estate manage approximately 150 locations for AlliedBarton throughout the country.
  • Susquehanna Bank - Worked with the bank to expand its retail presence on four new branches in Philadelphia, Lionville, Newtown Square and Camden, NJ.  Relocated four divisions of the bank to suburban office buildings, representing approx. 35,000 SF.
  • Drexel University College of Medicine - Facilitated the expansion of the practice in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia.
  • Wolfington Companies – Sold their headquarter building in Conshohocken, PA
  • Global Tax Management (GTM) - Relocated GTM’s corporate offices to Radnor Financial Center.
  • Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) - Represented Private Mortgage Insurance in the relocation of its Northeast regional office.
  • Strategic Realty Investments, Inc. - Worked with Strategic Realty in acquiring a three-building complex in Devon, PA.
  • LaSalle University – Expanded LaSalle's adult education program as the first tenant in Plymouth Meeting’s Metroplex Building
  • Dan Neducsin - Worked with Neducsin properties on a 74,000 SF office building in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia from its inception, and the building is now 100 percent leased. Also works with the company on its other Manayunk holdings.
  • 6656-65 Germantown Avenue - Handled the sale of an approximately 12,000 SF building that housed a dialysis operation.
  • Cozen O’Connor - Was responsible for the real estate requirements of the law firm Cozen O’Connor. Nationally, the firm has more than 20 locations totaling more than 400,000 SF.
